Experience

I established and currently manage a mental health and well-being practice providing psychological services such as individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy. I also design and deliver seminars and workshops on mental health topics, including personal development, resilience, and workplace well-being, tailored for organizations.

My work includes conducting psychological assessments and offering psychotherapeutic interventions to clients of all ages, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. I oversee all aspects of business operations, including marketing, client acquisition, financial management, and strategic planning to ensure sustainable growth.

I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary professionals and healthcare providers to expand service offerings and maintain high-quality care. Additionally, I provide workplace counseling and guidance, supporting employees with stress management, career development, and work-life balance through targeted psychological interventions and training sessions.
